I joined NexaBiome in 2022. I have had a varied science career my first job in science was at the The Wellcome Trust Sanger Institute working on the Human Genome among other whole genome projects. Then into the world of proteins with the Atlas of Protein Expression, using Phage Display to generate recombinant antibodies. Bio-banking human tissue for Pregnancy Outcome Prediction Study with Cambridge University Gynaecology and Obstetrics. Further experiences in commercial laboratories gave me knowledge of GMP, 5S and Quality Systems.
When I’m not at work I enjoy horticulture and I’m happiest listening to popular science podcasts with dirt underneath my fingernails.
